Not just a flimsy massage place but rather a treatment center. Spenser is very good at what he does I had been in pain for days and thinking a massage would do the trick but have found the pressure point release has been a god send I look forward to having further treatments to keep this old body moving. I have to say I was quite nervous about a male therapist but was put at ease right away I will continue to use this service 🙂

I have been recently getting treatment from Spencer at zimmah muscle therapy, and I absolutely love it! Ive noticed heaps of improvements in the gym and my muscles feel much more loose after every session.. Spencer uses a variety of different techniques and provides me with answers to any questions I have.. overall it is a welcoming environment with professional staff.. I recommend everyone to speak to Spencer for any injuries or concerns.. :)
Best massage ever. I felt 100% comfortable and there was an immediate difference in how I felt, so good.
