I was interested in a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial. I attempted to call, text, leave a voicemail for Zigrida's Spa for over a week to get an appointment with no response. I even visited the location 3 times over 2 different days, ringing the bell by the door with no answer. The ironic part is the sign in the front window with "Walk-ins Welcome" on it in chalk. This place very obviously does not have enough staff to run it efficiently and only added to my stress level instead of detracting from it, as a spa should. I wi... read more
Went to Zigrida’s Spa this weekend and it was excellent! She is very knowledgeable. I give it 5 stars, I will be back! She is very kind and sweet. She has a lot to offer and I look forward to taking advantage of it all! Thank you!!!
I have to honestly say this massage by Inez has been one of, if not the best massage I have ever had. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep four different times. I have never fell asleep before while getting massage. Afterward my whole body felt so soft from head to toe. The whole place is pretty darn awesome and a great atmosphere. The owner Zigrida is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Too bad, I am not a real drinker because the offer of wine was a pleasant added touch. Five stars for me!
Brought a Groupon as a Christmas gift for my wife. She's tried numerous times calling and has left voicemails and no return phone calls. We live near by, and also visited the location numerous times, it's always closed... What a waste of money. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Try to support the local businesses, but there's always 1 that screws it up....
