Although your services two years ago was satisfactory this year‘s experience in 2024 was not. I had sent my documents months in advance and only received the tax papers from you days before the deadline despite interim phone calls I made to check on things.
probably the most important thing these folks can do is making sure your tax returns are accurate and on time. and they have been doing that for us for more than two decades. I'm sure I'm not the only one with complications from time to time. I've had rental income twice, company options expirations, very active stock/options trading accounts, several house sales and purchases, issued loans and mortgages. they are on top of the game. He was not only incredibly detailed and thorough, but he also took the time to review and point out several issues from my previous accountant that I hadn’t even been aware of. His sharp attention to detail gave me confidence that my finances are finally in the right hands.
