Hello, Tammy I want to let you know that I am part of a rescue here in Miami. It’s true that many of the dogs we send to Mandy have been abused and mistreated by breeders. It’s heartbreaking to see the conditions in which they are handed over and kept. They are confined in cages for long periods.
