ZIG BUSINESS SERVICES provides the best services for personal and business owners. The owner and her team are very friendly and communicative to clients.
Failed to inform me there’s a different deadline for business filing. I ended up getting a penalty letter from the IRS and she wont take responsibility for it. Told me that its a busy season and “ we won't think of telling you about this anymore”. BTW It was my first time and I reached out at least 2 weeks before the business deadline to make an appointment to talk about my new LLC and deductibles. She didn't say a word about it. Isn’t that an accountant’s responsibility to give me advice?
