Frustrating experience trying to get scheduled for services. The weekly time we were scheduled for and that I very clearly requested was no longer offered when the time came to get started with services. Unfortunately we stopped services at another therapy center thinking everything was all set. We cannot have duplicate referrals. Now we have to start the process all over again. I’m sure the therapists are good at their work and seem very friendly. Finding OT is tough for families who work during the day.
