They are dishonest people. In May of 2021, we paid in advance to the company “Ziel Cycling” located in Coral Gables for 2 bicycles of the brand FACTOR OSTRO VAM with an estimated arrival date of 2 months. They delayed the delivery for 8 months and since I did NOT receive them, I have requested a refund. This refund has taken now 6 additional months to be processed. We were robbed!
