Correct this is a throughly dishonest company and even their phone number doesn't work. They give the impression they are part of the Australia Tax Department which is totally false. After nearly 3 months and several promises to contact me I found out I could get my Tax File Number free and it took 27 min only. Others that have had their money taken without suppling the service need to do what I am about too. Take them to the small claims court out of principal
