If there was a 0-star option, I’d choose that. They ruined 12 years of the most productive years of my life with misinformation and careless handling of my PR application, which got rejected. They kept charging me to the last penny but didn’t submit important updates before IRCC’s final review. I was too naive at the time to question why they only called instead of emailing. Looking back, I wish I had documentation to take legal action!
