ATTEMPTED TO CALL ZIA CREDIT UNION REGARDING A CAR LOAN, THAT I HAVE WITH THEM. THE AUTOMATED PHONE OPTION DOES NOTGIVE YOU ANY OPTION TO PRESS FOR LOANS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MENU OPTION!! THEN WHEN YOU SPEAK TO A REPRESENTIVE, THEY ALSO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THEIR OWN MENU OPTION. REALLY BAD SERVICE
Very friendly staff. I'm not a member however I am a member of a Co-op Shared Branch credit union and making a deposit was super straightforward. Make sure you have a smartphone with internet access and valid photo ID as there is an ID verification process that has to be completed on site for any out of state transactions using shared branch network.
Employee James Hanika has ignored my calls about bank issues. I was told that he is the gentleman that I am suppose to speak to. The only way to do business with my own bank is to walk in.
Favorite bank for homelesss people to sleep at. Nights, weekends, early mornings: you're probably not safe near this bank, since they dont have security. During the middle of the day? Yep still people sleeping in front of the business.
