Very friendly staff. I'm not a member however I am a member of a Co-op Shared Branch credit union and making a deposit was super straightforward. Make sure you have a smartphone with internet access and valid photo ID as there is an ID verification process that has to be completed on site for any out of state transactions using shared branch network.
Employee James Hanika has ignored my calls about bank issues. I was told that he is the gentleman that I am suppose to speak to. The only way to do business with my own bank is to walk in.
Favorite bank for homelesss people to sleep at. Nights, weekends, early mornings: you're probably not safe near this bank, since they dont have security. During the middle of the day? Yep still people sleeping in front of the business.
Monica Ocampo has been great to work with... Always does a phenomenal job working with me on vehicles and loans would recommend seeing Monica for anyone's future needs!! Thanks again!!
They should treat people taking photos on the public sidewalk with respect.
