Booked online for a massage at 9:30am. It’s now 9:43am, yet the shop is closed and nobody is picking up my calls.
Quite disappointed actually. Went for a simple neck and shoulder massage yesterday, which has always been incredibly good there, but I’m actually so sore today after what the older lady did - she kept putting cream (lathered my hair with it too) and rubbing my neck and shoulder with her knuckles which actually did nothing to the muscle but made my skin burn so badly that I had to ask her to stop. The way my back of the neck bone hurts today is unbearable.

Liars, they lie about health fund claimed remedial massage. Stay away. Very disappointed about their sneaky mention that health fund claims. They are not approved by Medibank
Massage quality was fairly good but I was charged $30 for 15 minutes head massage which is a ridiculous amount! All other places charge around $20.
