I tried a number of the massage places at highpoint and other shopping centre- it’s often hit and miss. I’ve had massages from 5 different regular staff and always get a genuine high standard acupressure massage. They manage to find your tight areas and put more focus there. You can feel the technique actually releasing tension.
I have today relaxing massage with Joanne. She is super professional. This is my second time with her and she knows how to give the proper pressure. Feel so relaxing after the massage. Highly recommend her.
I went in for a last minute neck and shoulder massage. Was directed to one of the rooms by the therapist Daisy. She was amazing!!! Great pressure, very deliberate actions throughout the massage and left me feeling brand new. One of the best massages I've had in a while. I'm super fussy too and recently got up from a terrible massage at another store in the centre
Not happy. I booked and paid for a 1 hour massage and when Felix came into the room, I said I wanted to focus on my head, neck, shoulders, and upper back. I don’t think he listened to me at all because he spent almost all of the time massaging my middle and lower back. He also left the room FOUR times to speak to walk in customers, wasting time from my hour that I had BOOKED and PAID for. Very unprofessional service. If you need someone to speak to walk ins, hire a receptionist. I do not recommend coming here!
Today we received foot massage for me and my parents and the therapists Joanne, Peter and Ringo did the amazing job. It is so healing and relaxing. Will go again!
