Great experience, lot's of hands on knowledge
The workshop was very informative and we were able to experience deep meditative states and self healing techniques.
Great classes, Alex the professor is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient, the classes are a most, not to be missed, a great practice for the body and mind!
