Ultra deep tissue massage, she put my tendons and bones in my shoulder back in place. It was a bit painful and uncomfortable at times during the process, but it was exactly what I needed and she accomplished in an hour what would have taken months of PT and less-intense massages. I have full range of motion in my arm again, I am so grateful!
