I have had chronic back and neck pain for years, tried chiropractors and other solutions but never acupuncture because I have a huge fear of needles. Dr Zhao was very professional and patient with me, answering all of my questions, figuring out exactly where my pain was, and starting slowly on my first few visits, checking in on my comfort level. I was nervous for my first treatment and I hated needles but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. After a few sessions I look forward to it, I was starting to see some improvement. The atmosphere was inviting and very professional. I have a new appreciation and recommend it to my friends and family.
I have been coming to receive acupuncture for years with Dr. Zao for a very stiff back. My back has now become much more flexible. I have always been treated with respect, kindness, and care. I was on Mass Health and now I am on Medicare. She is a busy doctor, but when a patient cancels there have been times when she has offered me that time knowing that I have one more free session allowed by my insurance.
My friend recommended me to this acupuncture clinic, but the doctor's skills were so poor that he couldn't treat my cough at all. And I heard from my friend that he had gone to this clinic many times before, spending $120 each time at his own expense. For some reason, his current insurance is not very good, so this doctor immediately stopped treating him. This doctor is really greedy for money, and you will get what you deserve.
It seems that 1 start review could not been seen in this area. I don’t recommend all of patients to come to this place. This suck doctor only cares about insurance!! And she will reject you if your insurance is not as well as her thought! Also scoff patient as a ‘poor’ people!!!! Let’s make her poor!!! Shut down the clinic ASAP!!
