This place is awful they shove you in a booth with no air conditioning to video chat with someone thousands of miles away just tack on fees and not let you use your own insurance. Worst car rental place. Enterprise is right up the street go there instead their service was amazing.
Everything was smooth and great
Rented a car. It immediately started to boot my phone off the map... I had a 2 hour drive so that in itself was frustrating. But that's not the kicker. My rental broke down half way to my destination. Waited over 2.5 hours just to get back and nothing to compensate
ABSOLUTE SCAM. They charged me $15.99 per day for bogus insurance, even though I already had full coverage. I even tried going through Priceline, but they sided with the company. The rental company knows Priceline bookings are non-refundable, so they can push any amount of extra fees on you — and you’re stuck paying because you don’t want to lose your rental money. They were arguing with everyone in line, adding fake insurance charges to people who didn’t need them. Complete rip-off. Avoid at all costs.
