No returns. The products are nice and modern. Ordering and delivery no problems. Just know that once your order ships you are not able to return or exchange. No exceptions. Also note that the "Lucca counter stools" are not suitable for a standard kitchen island counter due to the height of the arm. I have no idea why they are labeled as counter stools because they are not standard counter height. I have not had a return issue with any other vendor in 15 years. Customer service was ok but not helpful in this situation.
I give Zeugma Imports 5 stars for customer service, product quality and friendliness. I will happily refer and reorder anything to do with furniture and lightning to this awesome company. It's a pleasure to deal with their tight-knit staff (extremely knowledgeable and amazing designer ability to guide you on ideas for what to purchase!). At Zeugma Imports when you call back, they know your name and call you by it
