Very unprofessional technician in terms of customer service. What happens to me is unacceptable. I called them around 11am and ask them if they are available to clean my pc and they said yes. I asked them if it will be an our and they said yes or maybe half an hour. So i tell them im comming around 1:30 to 2pm. They tell me its fine.
