Horrible customer service and their speeds are so slow, if they are even working. We consistently have dropped coverage and our bill is to high for this poor of coverage. I’m currently without coverage and can not get anyone in the office to answer the phone or return a voicemail.

Consistently slow internet not able to consistently buffer a video. I pay for lightning fast 6 down and I'm almost under 1 down. Do not work with this company unless you have literally no other choice. They do not respond to service calls or troubleshoot with you, heaven forbid you have a problem on a weekend or holiday because you are simply out of luck.
Based on all your other reviews I feel quite the opposite. I have a better chance of the lights coming on when the power is out then getting any kind of Internet to work on either a cell phone or my laptop. I performed a speed test, the test states an acceptable average is 8 mbps, well I'm a solid .13 mbps, hopefully the decimal in front of the 13 makes it apparent on how unbelievably slow the speed of my connection is. Finally a speedy, reliable, customer service internet service in the foothills. Had it installed yesterday and it is great. Reasonably price and they allow vacation holds which Cal-net used to do but stopped. Install technician was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Also I can know drop my verizon bill by $100 for internet. Thanks guys. It was interesting to note that one of the people who likes this page is an employee of the competitor.
