I went for Melasma treatment they said it will cure in laser treatment, so I paid $900 plus they tried several times and made it worse then they asked me to use hydroquinone and and laser treatments together they spoiled my face completely they moved the location and they their spa name but did not inform the client I when and asked for the refund and alternate treatment I was so nice to them but they ruined my skin , I totally regret why I stepped in to that place , there is no proper trained people. I’ve had back acne almost all my life, but it got worse over the past 2-3 years. I went into Zest (formally Light Touch med spa) to see if they could help me out. What a game changer their laser treatment was on my skin. I ended up having to come in for 3-4 sessions and after I was shocked with how good it looked. Highly dissatisfied with the service. There has been a high turnover at this place. Within the last 2-3 years, I have been treated by 6-7 girls and that really impacted all the treatments I undertook at this clinic. I am not returning to this place again :(
The girls at LightTouch Med Spa are so sweet and knowledgeable about laser treatments. I always feel very comfortable going in for laser hair removal and am super happy with the results so far! I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for any of the services they offer.
