I don’t leave reviews very often but my lovely Lucy is the reason I have to :) she is the combination of professionalism, kindness and calmness with a pure heart, you will feel relaxed, taken care of and you will want to come back for more! I paid 900 dollars for 8 sessions of hair removal. This was pre covid. By the time my sessions were done 2 years later no change was made. I recognize businesses were hot by the pandemic that's why I debated posting this. However when I asked how I can be accommodated I was told to pay more money. So no I am out 900 dollars and right where I started. Not impressed with customer service. Hair lazer technicians are amazing!
