Special place, special Human…I could not rate Brook’s offering higher! It’s hard to find the words to express, exactly… however know that you do not need to overthink a decision to visit him…please just do! Both times Ive left feeling physically, emotionally and spiritually better with actions to take to continue my healing! He’s wonderful and has a great sense of humour!

This is a hidden gem. Brook provides specialised therapies with his knowledge of remedial, shiatsu, cupping, Chinese medicine and Thai massage. He also weaves energy work into his offerings. Brook has been amazing in uplifting my energy and resetting my body. He has also helped me through 2 pregnancies, where it had been hard finding a massage therapist that would actually touch you with pressure and make a difference. After weeks of brutal fibromyalgia pain, in desperation I travelled to Hobart for treatment with Brooke at Zest East West. After 6 days, I had no fibromyalgia pain! I am incredibly grateful to have had the benefit of Brooke’s knowledge of the body, his incredible treatments and his persistence working on the problem.
