This is a hidden gem. Brook provides specialised therapies with his knowledge of remedial, shiatsu, cupping, Chinese medicine and Thai massage. He also weaves energy work into his offerings. Brook has been amazing in uplifting my energy and resetting my body. After weeks of brutal fibromyalgia pain, in desperation I travelled to Hobart for treatment with Brooke at Zest East West. After 6 days, I had no fibromyalgia pain!
