Great customer service and products!
Great shop, displayed well, unique products. The owner is so nice and really cares about getting people to play a part in reducing plastic and working toward more sustainable lifestyles.
LOVE this store! I've been trying to reduce my waste for a long time now and the Zero Waste Store makes the process so much easier. They so kind and knowledgeable!
Kelsey and her store are top notch. I found Zero Waste Reserve while in town for work and am so glad I did. I was so happy with her products and my shopping experience that I ended up bringing reusable containers to town with me every time I traveled from Michigan to the Quad Cities for work. Unfortunately I’m no longer heading to Iowa for work but just recently ordered some products from ZWR and received a lovely personal note from Kelsey with my shipment. Can’t recommend this local gem enough.
