The Quad Cities so desperately needed an eco friendly store and this place does the job!!!! Kelsey is so passionate about the environment and sustainability and does an amazing job teaching people in the community how to be more eco friendly and reuse products. I don’t even live in the quad cities and Kelsey still recognizes me every time I stop in. It is so easy to start your sustainability journey with a place like Zero Waste Reserve!
Zero Waste Reserve is a wonderful small business with great bulk products that make reducing waste easy and affordable. The staff is unbelievably kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers make sustainable choices. Every visit feels personal, they take the time to answer questions, offer suggestions, and make you feel valued and welcomed. A must shop!
I'm so glad we have this store in the QC! I can refill containers I already have and reduce the amount of waste produced by my household. I'm also switching from plastic household items to more eco-friendly options. The owner is always helpful and knowledgeable. Check it out!
Highly recommend for a laundry list of reasons! So thoughtful of the planet, our wallets, and our minds! i love visiting in store and chatting with the friendly staff! Kelsey is always more than exceptional!
I've been a customer of this store for years! My favorite is the laundry detergent and stain remover. My little one has almost daily poop blow outs and you wouldn't even be able to tell!! Great products, amazing customer service, & the warmest atmosphere. I highly recommend!
