This is by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time access to the room and also the video instructions were very helpful and easy to use. I’m giving five stars because I will definitely return in the near future.
Rude customer service, said they didn't take Groupon but very much advertising on Groupon site that they do, also allows for dates to be booked the lady said they were full. Nothing was cancelled and refunded until I hung up on you for being rude. Your website allowed me to book for the time and date I wanted but then you later said it was booked. You also stated you didn't even take Groupon but it's clearly on the website, and you just admitted to it. Don't even come at me or I will post the recording of our call next.

Intelligent money grab. The lady on the phone was helpful. The chairs don’t do anything special. You’d be better off using one of the chairs at the mall.
