The whole process is actually very simple! You have access to a private room and a massage chair that hits all of the spots. I love a massage, but I am not a touchy feely person. This gave me the experience of a massage without having to have hands all over me.
What a brilliant concept, esp the couples massage option. The room is peaceful, relaxing, and set up with everything you need. The massage chairs truly do it all, and the heating feature is an amazing bonus! Making reservations was incredibly easy and the owner was fantastic and responsive. About to make reservations again for my husband's birthday!! Highly recommend
