Terrible experience. You go to a professional looking website to make your reservation. After booking, you get a text message with an address to a sketchy office building and instructions on how to enter and a phone number to call. The person you talk to is rude and condescending. Not the experience you’d associate with a massage.
We first did the ZGM in Las Vegas years ago and we loved it. So when we went to Ft Myers we looked for the same setup. Fortunately, we found one and it was completely remote operated. We didn't expect customer service to be great but we were pleasantly suprised. From using our Groupon, to getting confirmation and accessing the facility we experienced stellar customer service.
