As I was in the process of ordering the communication was excellent. I purchased four ****" x 12" x 26 5/8" knotty Alder shelves with a custom finish to match my existing cabinetry. The shelves arrived in a timely matter, 4 weeks, and were packaged very well. The finish was also beautiful. The area I was installing them was 27" and had 3 studs in that space but the bracket doesn't extend across the entire back of the shelf therefore I had to use toggles to anchor the shelves to the wall. Read a few reviews after I placed my order and I was concerned. It did take 5-6 weeks to receive my shelves, but I have no complaints. I was emailed timely on my order and was given a tracking number when they shipped. Shelves were packed well and had no damage. They were easy to hang and they look fantastic!
Buyer Beware !Product looks nice on their site and offered many customizable options. Pricing seems fair.However, their customer service is non existent. I understand short staff with covid and supply chain issues. But they NEVER returned phone message and emails. I ordered and paid on June 17. I am also a small business owner and understand the issues, but if I handled my customer service this way, I would be out of business. Ordered 72" shelf for nearly $700.00 they took payment immediately and shipped a VERY damaged shelf over 6 weeks later. The packaging looked undamaged and it was very well wrapped which leads me to believe it may have been shipped damaged. Various email attempts via ************* messages have all gone unanswered. DO NOT BUY from these people..
If you have any problems with your order they will ignore you! Things started out well but did not end well. I didn't receive my order when expected so I contacted the company through email. They responded that day which was great and then I contacted them again because I did not receive my shipping confirmation. They responded within a day with shipping confirmation. I have not received my order even after I got a email saying it was shipped. Talked to Shane SEVERAL times via email and he couldn’t provide me a tracking number after I requested it several times. Horrible customer service. The number they provide never answers calls. Quality I can’t provide an answer for since the product was never sent to me. Very disappointed. I would recommend using another company for your shelving needs.
If you are looking for a quality floating shelf with good customer service, look elsewhere. I can’t review the quality because I never received my order. But I will say the customer service is horrible. Shane, the person who responds to calls is very rude, argumentative and does not listen to what his customer is saying.
