Don’t stay at this place. I came here with my twins, one twin got her foot cut open in the pool. They say there is food here but it’s closed. The only benefit of staying here is the pool but my child got hurt in it and they did nothing but give a bandaid

We have stayed there for 8 years during the Sundance Film festival This trip the Hotel was disappointing..... No massage available/ the sauna and steam room not working/ closed ........everything seemed to be in disrepair. Once we pointed this out the staff delivered fresh towels and tried to be accommodating. Seems the Hotel is ready for upgrades in terms of the facilities. Not sure we will be back ................as Sundance is now in Boulder CO.

Great staff and service. If you're looking for a Swiss chalet retreat, this is a great venue. The price is very reasonable and we will be back again.

I've been meaning to leave this review for months now.... better late than never! We had a tradition of going to the Zermatt prior to COVID but it seems even 5-6 years later they are still a mess and blame the shut down. This place used to be wonderful, now it's just a run now shadow of what used to be. It isn't just about money but memories...and they've failed terribly.
