Rang Zepnat in a panic today as we had been let down by another repairer - we needed a bike modifying but needed it done by tomorrow. Took the bike down to Gavin and he sorted it there and then, interrupting another job to get it done. Awesome service!
Called in Zepnat to meet with Gav Slater this morning to collect a Noah 3.0, an Uno-X replica, ordered a few weeks ago. The bike was basically setup in terms of the SRAM gearing, wheels, tyres, bars and brakes etc. All that was required was adjustments for the riding position, fitting of new pedals and taping of the bars. me and my friend went up to zepnaps after a problem with the detailer. man said it will cost us £4 for the wire then fitted it on his own free will without being asked then decided to say “right that’s £20” and me and my friend had £12 between us. because we couldn’t pay he decided to take the bike into the shop and was very rude near enough the whole time we was there.
