Gavin was very patient and calm with me! First bike too big, second bike arrived wrong colour, but the third spot on 👍 it was like Goldilocks & the porridge 😂. Excellent service. Thank you

me and my friend went up to zepnaps after a problem with the detailer. man said it will cost us £4 for the wire then fitted it on his own free will without being asked then decided to say “right that’s £20” and me and my friend had £12 between us. because we couldn’t pay he decided to take the bike into the shop and was very rude near enough the whole time we was there.
Me and my mate went up for my draliuer and he said a new wire would be £4 and he installed it on his own free will while me and my friend had £12 between us and he said that would be £20 and then he took my bike into the shop and started being very rude so my mate had to pay just so he wouldn’t take it
Just purchased my Ridley Kanzo Speed with Ultegra and Hunt Wheels from Zepnat Cycles. I love it!!! I’m definitely a Ridley convert. A real robust bike, handles well and makes me feel safe. Love the wheels - my teeth no longer rattle on the poor road surfaces. It just seems to roll. No more blaming the bike for poor performance - any issues now are all rider related. Gav did a great job of putting it together so quickly ahead of my 70.3 event. I can’t thank him and Julian enough! Thanks guys.
