I needed some last minute blinds, very urgently, so I Google and call a few different companies. And I thank God I found Zeon blinds. They fulfill my need within 24 hours. And in my rush, I made a mistake with my measurements. The management and staff, support and accommodate me, to suit my budget. Had a very positive experience with Mathew. He was professional and helpful with advising us what product would best address our needs. Came to our house to take measurements and we had the shades installed the following week. We had one issue though where installed shades had a manufacturing defect. Thankfully, Mathew arranged for the exchange and personally delivered it. Great customer service!
Amazing work done by Matthew. We were in need of custom made blind and we knew Zeon Shades is the one stop for it. It's always a pleasure working with Matthew, great customer servcie offered by him. Excellent price and very accomadating Update: tried reaching them to do a simple repair on one of the blinds and our calls are ignored, therefore the rating is reduced as I have to find another provider.
