Very disappointing experience. The entire session felt awkward and unprofessional from start to finish. I prefer light pressure for massages, but this was so light it felt like nothing at all. The therapist didn’t ask about pressure until about 10 minutes in, and even after I asked for more strength, it barely changed. It honestly didn’t feel like a real RMT massage. I booked a last-minute deep tissue massage at Zenstone Massage Therapy yesterday, and it completely exceeded my expectations, like beyond!! The therapist, Timmie, went truly deep while still keeping the whole experience so peaceful and restorative. I have TMJ, and Timmie even worked on my jaw with a special therapy, I haven’t felt this relaxed in ages, it honestly felt like they put it back into place. I’ve been searching for a good massage clinic for years, and I think I finally found the one that truly caters to my needs. I love cupping and hot stone massages, and yesterday I tried a session with Joy it was wonderful. I went for the hot stone massage, and the pressure was just perfect. They take time to assess you and explain the reason behind your pain, which I really appreciate.
