Horrible experience, I bought a vase 9 months ago and still haven't received it. They never contacted me to let me know if it was still coming or for any update. When I contacted them they said they were out of stock and I would have to wait for the next batch to come in, 3 months went by and still nothing. I have tried to call and no answer. This vase cost me over $200.
I had a great experience shopping in Zenn house. As soon as I walked in the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Great service and lovely products. Keep up the great work xx

10 Aug 2024, attended the store and requested pricing on a furniture item. Sales person could not find pricing, and advised me to check on their website. The item was not on their website. I asked is there any way you could find out the price, contact the manager for example, reply "No, she is too busy". Needless to say we walked out, and never to return!
