We recently purchased a custom bedframe from Zenn Design and could not be happier. The construction is great quality — no squeaks whatsoever. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and setting clear expectations around delivery, and the team who delivered and assembled the frame were polite and punctual. I had a wonderful experience with Zenn Design for my custom bed frame. Also a special thank to Tegan! She is really experienced, enthusiastic and provides lots of help during the entire process. Delivery and installation are also superb. Still have the bench cushion and Elba stools on the way and I can’t wait to see the finished product. Highly recommend to anyone who is after an upholstery service.
