Jacqui was very knowledgeable and comforting throughout the whole experience. Clinical setting with that warmer vibe. Highly recommend, will be back.
Firstly, I love Zenith lounge and I was a true loyal customer though after what has transpired I won’t be returning. Be very careful of what they charge you for your IV drips. I went in to get an in infusion and I’m super thankful they fit me in for the day. Though, I requested 1L of water and after speaking we added in the magnesium booster - though when I get to the counter they said I got a magnesium bag and added 500ML - I didn’t ask for that? Had such a good experience here! The second I walked in I was greeted by such a friendly lady, quickly shown to a relaxing little room with chairs I wanted to take home they were so comfy. Danni was also so friendly, informative and helpful! Plus I feel SO much better after a much needed hydration iv. I will be back soon!
I had the most amazing experience here. They are such amazing, kind, caring women who go out of their way to help. They made the entire process so easy and made me feel so comfortable during my iron infusion. Jacquie was so incredibly sweet and went out of her way to fit me into her schedule as there was a mix up with scripting. 10/10 service, amazing people and would highly recommend to everyone
Had a great first IV infusion treatment with Jackie. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She and Adele were welcoming and made me feel in very safe hands. I look forward to my next session.
