Truly a nasty building, the filth on the walls and the smell is horrible just walking in let alone when you get upstairs. Tried to push past that to find that they actually had their AC go out and STILL took patients and had their workers working in these conditions. 100 degrees easily in the building I literally could not believe a company would be this greedy to force their workers to do such a thing.
The office staff absolutely terrible. Nice enough but not thorough. The red tablet at my first appointment turned off so many times I was doing the stupid paperwork longer than my daughter's appointment took.. get it together. And I saw multiple parents struggle with that the answer being oh it's fine we already have that information.. okay so my time has been wasted when I could have been a paying attention to what's going on with my daughter at her appointment... That's 1 2 is I was overcharged 120.. they did not refund me... read more
We started coming to zenith after receiving an autism diagnosis for our 2 year old son and they have been so helpful! The staff up front was very knowledgeable and helped us get in and evaluated quickly. Our son loves going to occupational and physical therapy and they were great at getting him adjusted. He has already made great progress in just under 2 months! He doesn’t want to leave at the end of his appointments!
My first impression was very dubious as the facility isn’t the cleanest. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing all of the speech therapists are. My daughter has been there under a year and we have seen a HUGE improvement. She genuinely loves the two therapists she works with and we will be sad when she no longer needs to go.
We had a great experience at Zenith. The staff were very kind to my son, and they taught him great techniques to help with his stuttering. Thank you Zenith!
