Had a wonderful experience with Zenith. From the initial consultation, Ema and Kiko were informative and regularly communicative. They’re organized, and the pricing structure is clear (and reasonable). I had an interstate move, and the movers (led by Paco) were insanely efficient and followed instructions to a T. Superb experience. Moving is always stressful, but Zenith made it as painless as possible. We used full-service approach that included packing, which was handled by experienced and personable crew who worked efficiently and with great care. Everything arrived safely, without a single item damaged. While not the cheapest option, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made the experience well worth it. After six years in the same apartment,I was stressed about moving. Hassan and his colleague (so sorry I’m forgetting your name) turned it into a smooth, stress-free experience. They showed up right on time, protected my belongings, helped close up a few boxes I hadn’t finished, and managed the stairs quickly and safely. Both movers were professional, efficient, and kind. These guys understand NYC moves. Couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. We had a somewhat complicated multi-stop move, multi-day move that involved getting things out of two storage units, with limited access to the freight elevator at our new building. I recently used Zenith movers. I have never used such amazing movers as zenith. They moved my things from long Island to Florida even without me being there. They FaceTimed me, unpacked my artwork, everything looks ready for me to unpack. I recommend them 100 percent. They are the best movers I have ever used.
