Lindsay practices with such a special technique and intuitive routine. I highly recommend her, she makes you feel very comfortable and supported throughout. And her expertise to utilize different modalities all in one service as needed takes a lot of the confusion out of intake. And makes it easy to lay your trust in her and just relax.

Her massage technique is very harmonizing for the body and almost transcendental in a way. Her use of energy work is potent and nourishes the body in a deeper holistic way than standard bodywork. I’d highly recommend her if you’re seeking deep care and a good nervous system reset!
