Didn’t help with my children as I’m guessing because of legal aid. The barrister I had looked like she was very bored with her job during a three day trial.. I owe $3000 to the family courts some how My kids were put in the care of drug dealers Who don’t work My children are constantly in the car on drop-offs My children are in the environment of seeing people walk in and out of the house And apparently there was nothing in the final orders that said she couldn’t do any of this So long story short, she’s allowed to be a drug... read more

If you have a referral from Victoria Legal Aid that names Zenith Lawyers & Consultants, burn it. Being on legal aid means you are on your own. They do the bare minimum amount of work just to get payment from the government, and they won't care about your outcome. If you pay them privately, they might be good lawyers too, but if it's a free legal aid service, RUN FAST！！！
