Took out a 6 month fixed rate savings account following recommendation on MSE app Application process was efficient & straightforward. Funding the account requires patience but all info is explained clearly and precisely at the outset. When I rang to check something, phonecall was answered on 2nd ring by a very kind and polite gentleman. Funds arrived back in my current account promptly at maturity date. Would recommend.
It's unfortunate how someone whose job is to serve people will act so rude and unprofessional.
