Zenin is a bunch of scammers and fraudsters. Booked a massage they didn't have anyone to show up and canceled. Then charged my card on file 3 months later. No response after several emails. Total scammers
If I could choose a 0 rating, I would. Extremely disappointed as i booked this for my elderly mum and Zenin have not responded to my phone messages or emails. I even paid $$ for the price increase which I now believe is also another scam of theirs. Next step is to visit Suite 4/2A Mona Rd, Darling Point NSW 2027 which is their premises, but I bet that's just a farse as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND THEY SHOUD BE SHUT DOWN FROM OPERATING...
If I could give 0 stars I would. Have tried multiple times to book a massage with a voucher I purchased for my partner without success. Also paid additional $$ as prices have increased. Was advised would be getting a full refund. Over two months later no refund and no longer responding to emails. This is 100% a scam. Do not pay this company your money as you will never be able to redeem or obtain a refund. Absolute disgrace and they should be shut down immediately.
