Placed an order last week. Still no shipping info or tracking info. I wish I had read these reviews before sending them my card number.

They are fantastic! I was very hesitant to order after reading all the negative reviews, but their prices were SO GOOD that I took a risk and put in a smaller order -- to be safe. I came upon their website and tried to add some items to my cart. Nothing would transfer to my cart. I thought 'maybe they went out of business with the pandemic and all, and just didn't get all their site disabled', and so I called their number. Yes, Middle-Eastern strong accent. Watch out for this glorified ebay store. They are of middle eastern decent and bring there typical customer service to the table. They are horrible. They do not respond to emails, nor answer there phones or voice mails. They are a drop ship company which means they are middle men who only order your product after they bill you. If they cannot get the item? they simply keep your money and rip you off. Avoid at all costs. Or take your chances? Its your money. I am out $73 myself. Horrible Company. Useless product. IPower grow light was received damaged and unusable. Have made several attempts to contact ZenHydro for replacement or refund, but have not been unsuccessful. Looks like I spent a lot of money for a hunk of junk.
Terrible customer service. Very rude. They have an employee named Lucy that feels the appropriate way to resolve an issue is to hang up on you. Have had more than one issue with this business and will not be doing any business with them in the future.
Be very aware if what you ordered is not what you wanted they will charge you a 20% restocking fee whether the box was opened or not plus the cost of shipping back! Be forewarned!!!
