Anna and her team are 5-Stars! Not only do they offer a variety of yoga classes with a variety of teachers, but you can also get a massage after taking a class! If you are looking for yoga in the Greensboro/James town area then this is a must add treat to your schedule. 5-Stars!

Ms. Anna is an amazing masseuse and yoga instructor! I have had issues with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and with her wonderful help I’m feeling and moving so much better! ❤️
Attended my first paddle board yoga class this evening—what a blast! Anna was patient and helpful, and gave us great options to modify moves for our comfort level. It was super fun, and a good workout!
Barbara is AMAZING! First time ever at zenful U and I will absolutely be going back! Barbara really knows her stuff and is extremely nice!
