I did three treatments today, red light therapy, halotherapy and a Hydromassage. Each one was thirty minutes and all where very relaxing. I will definitely be back again!
I have used a couple of services here including the Zero Gravity Reclining Massage Chair and the Hydromassage Lounge. Would HIGHLY recommend both! The online scheduling makes it convenient to schedule which is a huge bonus. Gail has done an amazing job with this space!

Friendly and wonderful services offered. Love the Red light and so many other options to offer for relaxation. We are fortunate to have a place like this in Monroe. Atmosphere very relaxing and great staff. Always trying to please.
