My husband booked an appointment for me and it was my first time there. As someone who has gotten multiple massages I can honestly say this was one of the best ones! My massage therapist really catered to each muscle based on its needs. The session included massages and dynamic stretching that was so relieving. After the session she gave me tips on how to stop my muscles from tightening up and what to look up for stretches based on my needs. It was super relaxing. I am in town visiting family from LA and needed a good massage. Alison was able to get me in so quickly! She really takes the time to get to know my body and what is tight / needs stretching and work. She even showed me what stretches to do at the end of the session. I feel so good and will hopefully be back soon.
Amy and Allison are great. Would highly recommend to anyone who want a deep tissue massage.
