This was such a peaceful and relaxing experience! Going into the session, I had no idea what to expect. I arrived to a very welcoming and calming room where Michele talked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. I have a hard time relaxing and I can tell you, I left the session feeling so at peace. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the bowls were just amazing! I cannot express how much Michelle has helped me when I am overwhelmed, stressed or drained. I do a lot, a whole lot, and I love it. But, there are times when my brain gets ahead of me, or after an event or travel where I need a reset, or when I am struggling with a decision - and I need to go to Zenergy. I had my first session of Vibrational Sound Therapy with Michele today and to be completely honest, I had no idea what to expect. The experience was so amazing and in such a way that’s hard to put in to words. I wasn’t too sure I was going to be able to relax but that thought was quickly replaced with such an unexpected calmness that I have never experienced. Michele is very sweet! My sound therapy session was amazing. I have never been in such a deep, relaxed state before. My husband and I both loved it and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!
