This was such a peaceful and relaxing experience! Going into the session, I had no idea what to expect. I arrived to a very welcoming and calming room where Michele talked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. I have a hard time relaxing and I can tell you, I left the session feeling so at peace. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the bowls were just amazing! It’s amazing! I have fibromyalgia and I went there to try and get some relief from the constant nerve pain, and came out of my appointment feeling like a whole new person. It’s been three days since my appointment and I am still calm and have very minimal nerve pain. 10/10 would recommend
I cannot express how much Michelle has helped me when I am overwhelmed, stressed or drained. I do a lot, a whole lot, and I love it. But, there are times when my brain gets ahead of me, or after an event or travel where I need a reset, or when I am struggling with a decision - and I need to go to Zenergy. Hello, well indeed. As a repeat customer now, I have found a degree of improvement in my experience with the vibration sound type of therapy that Michele conducts.
