I had my first session of Vibrational Sound Therapy with Michele today and to be completely honest, I had no idea what to expect. The experience was so amazing and in such a way that’s hard to put in to words. I wasn’t too sure I was going to be able to relax but that thought was quickly replaced with such an unexpected calmness that I have never experienced.
