Went for a sound bath with guided meditation and it was sublime. The space is very welcoming and as the group gathered we were greeted by Andrew who is a genuine soul with a calming and caring presence. The sound bath was grounding and fulfilling yet highly energizing with a variety of vibrations and notes from bowls, gongs, and a rain stick with a little aromatherapy to round out the mind body experience. Put this on the top of your list of self care!

I attended the Holy fire 🔥 /Reiki course and learned the foundations of this healing modality. The course work was very clear and concise. Carrie is so warm and has lovely energy. I love the Everything spiritual App, and would fall asleep listening to the sound baths every night. Definitely hit up ZENDEN for some relaxation and self care. ✨
One of the coolest experiences I have ever had! Absolutely loved the sound baths I have done here, it really is indescribable and not like any other class. Highly highly recommend!!
