Zena is a very UNPROFESSIONAL lady. She is very rude and has a lot of attitude I regret going to her and wasting my money. One day I show up for my appointment and she’s not there so I call her and she had forgotten my appointment and I was so nice about it and she offered me a free session bcz I drove 30 mins to her house with a toddler & my mom in the car so back and forth takes me 1 hour so she basically paid for my time & gas which was the right thing to do.
