Love this place. You can tell it’s run by people that care and are very passionate. I’ve had a massage from the owner Heather, did a float session, have tried several smoothies, and have done several yoga and Pilates classes with Nancy and Kinny. All services provided have been phenomenal. I recommend every single one. All the instructors are amazing and help make sure the class is accessible to all levels of experience. Not to mention how affordable all the services are. 10/10 highly recommend!
I want to thank Misty and Zen Zone. I did the Epson Salt pod because of being in so much pain from a car wreck and they did everything to try and help me through it. It definitely helped with my pain and I will be back to do it again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
