With Nina you get it all! I am not only learning poses, but the aspects of Yoga Therapy to include proper breathing for one. I always look forward to my sessions with Nina.
Nina is an amazing instructor! Her expertise is evident right away, but her skills go far beyond her 2000+ teaching hours, her several certificates or her Vinyasa yoga training. Nina is a delightful person and an experienced and forbearing teacher. While watchful to ensure her students perform poses and apply technique properly and safely, she's also caring and attentive to their needs, and aware of potential personal and physical limitations. Must book a session to experience for yourself!
