I bought the couples massage for my husband and I at Xmas time. Just trying to make an appointment now and I've call THREE times and left messages. Nobody has called me back in 4 days. Not good. almost like they have gone out of business! Do not go there!!
Yes granted there is only 1 lady working there. Here name is shiyja. I bought this Groupon for mani pedi as it was cheap even though I have to drive at least 15km to get there. Shiyja does an awesome job and really does her best even though she gets paid very little. The nail polish always lasts at least 7 or 8 days for my manicure and the pedicure can last 2 months! I have gone back at least 3 times and will return again just because of shiyja ! She is a lovely lady!
I'll never return to this place. My mom purchased a Groupon for their manicure and had to ask for add-ons to even get an appointment. We finally got our nails done (I could've done a better job) by the ONE lady they had working, and we had to argue with her and call the manager twice about the price! She gave my mom the more expensive manicure without telling her and then charged her for it! So unprofessional!
I have purchased a groupon for the deal they had for the mani and pedi deal. I have yet to go there, since they keep cancelling my appointments and keep moving them. I have purchased this groupon for over a month now and I have yet to make the appointment. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. DONT PURCHASE THE GROUPON FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
